Shipping Policy

We want you to love your Active SPOT purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that all items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return & Exchange Policy

Generally, we do not accept returns or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. In order to return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase or we will not accept the product back.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
